Manager of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who will build out a corporate recruiting strategy and scale it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have had experience partnering with senior leaders and executives within their organization on a wide range of recruiting topics from sourcing, to consulting on the right talent profile, to assessment methodologies and a solid strategy to build, attract and activate passive talent pipelines for key roles. The ideal candidate will also be a strong people manager who will be able to coach, provide timely feedback and resources to build capabilities on the Talent Acquisition team.

What and who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of measurable results recruiting for tech, sales and/or strategy focused roles
  • 2+ years building, elevating and leading a Talent Acquisition function  
  • Ability to consult, influence and manage hiring managers as well as the ability to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base - a true business partner on talent acquisition.
  • Experience planning programs and events to further Snapsheet’s employer brand and attract the best candidates
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting strategies within each stage of the process, from sourcing to closing.
  • Effective player/coach who can quickly build trust and credibility with all levels of the organization
  • A driver that demands excellence from themselves and others; always looking for ways to improve
  • Relevant experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with startup or lean organization feel
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High emotional intelligence, a can-do mentality and a creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to execute on multiple plans
