We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who will build out a corporate recruiting strategy and scale it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have had experience partnering with senior leaders and executives within their organization on a wide range of recruiting topics from sourcing, to consulting on the right talent profile, to assessment methodologies and a solid strategy to build, attract and activate passive talent pipelines for key roles. The ideal candidate will also be a strong people manager who will be able to coach, provide timely feedback and resources to build capabilities on the Talent Acquisition team.
