As a Data Science Contractor, you will lead the charge on building out the tools and framework that Snapsheet’s Workforce Management team will leverage to determine staffing needs, manage real-time changes in call center volume and staffing, and advise on prioritization of internal analytical needs. You will spend 6-8 weeks developing the foundation on which Snapsheet’s customer support analytics and workforce management will flourish.
